Update extension to your server or copy folder app above to your Magento in localhost.
After the successful installation you have to run the command on Magento2 root directory
commandline: php bin/magento setup:upgrade
Also, run this commands in the Magento2 Root.
commandline: php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f

After running the command, you have to log into the admin panel and you have to clear the Cache.

Go to Admin > Store > Configuration > Auto Flush Cache
Select enable/disable to turn on/turn off the extension
You can select type of the cache you want to use with Choose cache type want to auto flush section
Please remember to make a cache flush to make sure your module is running
When not installed Auto Flush Cache extension, after configure in System > tools > cache management will be like below.
